I gladly accept cancellations
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase 
I rarely accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order!

I do not accept returns or exchanges after the item(s) have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me immediately.

***In cases of severe damage during the shipping process – I will accept returns with an 100% refund to you on the item: you will be required to provide me with photos of damaged goods within a maximum of 3 days after tracking has confirmed delivery to your location. At this point I will provide you with my address to which you can send the damaged item, and I will give you the refund after receiving the item. Please note that damage claims after the 3 day maximum will not be accepted.
